Made a whole chicken on the rotisserie for dinner. last time we made it I think i was a vegetarian and didn't eat it.
Ingredients:
3.5 lb chicken
coarse salt
cracked black pepper
thyme
garlic powder
cumin
Directions:
mix spices in a bowl.
prep chicken by washing and patting dry.
rub chicken with seasoning. season the inner cavity as well.
put it on the spit and turn the motor on.
cook until golden brown (it took two hours, but it was a little dry. so maybe 1.5 hours - 1.75 hours)
