Chicken thai green curry

Tried my luck at making some thai curry, I knew I didnt have the authentic ingredients but it still tasted pretty good.
Curry:
3 Chilli Peppers (2 long ones not sure what they're called and 1 jalapeno)
ground corriander seeds
salt / pepper
brown sugar
soy sauce
ginger
bagoon (shrimp paste)
1 can of coconut milk
garlic
1/2 onion
lime juice
lemon/lime zest
3 Bone-in Chicken Breasts
1/2 onion
1 Red Pepper
grind corriander salt and black pepper in motar and pestle
chop up peppers, onion, garlic for easy of blending
put the first 12 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
adjust flavours accordingly
pour sauce into soup pan large enough to simmer sauce and chicken
cut chicken breast into 3 pieces in a hot pan brown outside of chicken.
put the chicken into the soup pan to finish cooking in the curry. add more water to almost cover the chicken.
saute onion and red pepper to add some flavour.
just as the chicken is done add onion/peppers to the soup. (ie add them at the end so they stay crunchy-ish)
serve over rice
