Beer Battered Basa

Today for dinner made some beer battered basa (an asian catfish). It tasted pretty good.
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour, plus 1/2 cup for dredging fish.
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbs cajun season
2 eggs
340 mLs of beer (I used guinness)
salt to taste
3 lbs of fish, into 3 - 4 inch pieces
vegetable oil (for frying)
Directions:
Pre-heat oil.
Mix all ingredients (except fish) into a large bowl.
When oil is hot enough dredge fish pieces into flour.
coat in beer batter.
fry fish until done
