There were some chicken thighs in the fridge and decided to make this. Originally wanted to stuff with cheese and spinach, but didn't have any (found out later we did). top with cheese and gravy you can't go wrong.

Being Channukah, needed to make sufganiyot again couldnt find raspberry jelly so used grape.
This recipe is taken from the Martha Steward website, i think that's the recipe I used last time I made donuts.

Falafel Burger

Decided to eat a little healthier last night. Already had some tuna and a bit of left over steak during the day. Was watching the food network and Bobby Flay made a roasted eggplant sandwich, didnt have any of that so went looking through the cupboards and found some chick peas.
Either a chick pea salad with garden tomatoes or a falafel burger. I havent had falafel in a while and didn't feel like going to Tov Li. So I decided to make falafel burgers myself.
