Made some bacon whiskey today, what a nice way to enjoy it

Saw this on the Internet before and was reminded about it a couple days ago. Now that I have bacon and whiskey why not make the bacon whiskey.

Inspired by a dish I had at the bar last week, a steak and ale pie at the Twisted Kilt.

There were some chicken thighs in the fridge and decided to make this. Originally wanted to stuff with cheese and spinach, but didn't have any (found out later we did). top with cheese and gravy you can't go wrong.

Someone said I should try this a few days ago, so I had this for breakfast today. Maple flavoured bacon and peanut butter sandwich. Nice combination of sweet and salty.

Made this for a Super Bowl party. The baked breadcrumb coating turned out a lot better than when I fry them in a beer batter.
