Decided to eat a little healthier last night.  Already had some tuna and a bit of left over steak during the day.  Was watching the food network and Bobby Flay made a roasted eggplant sandwich, didnt have any of that so went looking through the cupboards and found some chick peas. 

Either a chick pea salad with garden tomatoes or a falafel burger. I havent had falafel in a while and didn't feel like going to Tov Li. So I decided to make falafel burgers myself.

The GPS thing says I did 39Km in under 2 hours. i think it lies I didn't go past rutherford even though the map shows i did

Found this new gps tracking software http://mytracks.appspot.com

seems a little better than jogtracker, uploads to google's my maps. and can share track info with email or twitter.

JogTracker's map cannot be exported and stuck with a little screen of the map. as sceen with my previous posts.

With My Tracks, I can just provide the google maps embed code into my posts.

Didn't go biking for about a week, weather's been bad. cold, and raining.

24.82km  in 1h 29min.  It took a little longer than usually because I hit almost every red light going up dufferin.

24.60 km  in 1h 24min

I started training so that I can bike 50 km, for the Becel Ride For Heart along the Gartner / DVP on June 6th.

Today was 3rd bike ride of the season.

I ended up doing 21.88 km  in 1h 22 mins.

Made this for a Super Bowl party. The baked breadcrumb coating turned out a lot better than when I fry them in a beer batter.
